Collective Living in Shek Wu Hui, Hong Kong Part 1 Project 2016 Dik Yeung Tam Chinese University of Hong Kong | China The chosen site is located at the heart of Shek Wu Hui, which is a historic rural market. The proposed scheme was a local small industries cultural hub with private collective housing. Designed with high awareness of the social impact to the neighbourhood, walkability, sustainability and urban experience was the main concerns.
