Food market and workshop in Ho Chi Minh, Part 1 Project 2016 Matthew Riches University of Huddersfield | UK This projects aims to create a new communal hub for all things food related by celebrating the rich heritage of Vietnam’s food culture, whilst addressing the issues to country faces with regards food hygiene.The design uses a simple grid structure to combine an open air food market, a food hygiene education centre and adaptable housing which allows the users to expand and contract their homes.
