Likewise, it aims to recovered neighborhood infrastructure that was damaged at the fire that affected the city. The project focuses on a rearrangement of the informal use on the ravine between the hills El Litre and Las Cañas defining a new lay out in order to reduce the impact on future disasters and to enhance natural urban ecosystem, which has a stream and native vegetation. The houses subject to a possible risk are relocated to use that space as a public park by allowing the protection and conservation of the intervened natural ecosystem. In order to activate the space and generate meeting spaces, two bridges buildings that contains community programs are proposed to connect the two hills, improving the connectivity and cohesion between the two of them. The core of the proposal is a Catholic church, located in the highest level at the end of the ascending path, standing out and differing from the other buildings, which are spread over the public area on the lay out improving the flexibility on their use.
