Restaurant of National Cuisine on a Floating Platform in the District of Bibi-Eibat in Baku Part 1 Project 2023 Melik Guliyev Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction | Azerbaijan This is a project for a restaurant of national cuisine located on a floating reinforced concrete platform in the shape of a ring on the shore of the Caspian Sea. It proposes a floating cafe or restaurant as a cost and time-effective solution in that it avoids foundation construction and excavation.The design is based on the golden ratio (1.618) obtained from the Fibonacci sequence. As a rule, any theory turns out to be logically complete if all the links in the chain are taken into account. Based on these considerations, this restaurant is designed not in the form of some amorphous structure, but according to a very specific, well-thought-out concept, which is quite realistic to implement in construction, while using an unusual and avant-garde interpretation in its individuality. The useful area of deck 1 is practically not filled with rooms to create an effect of levitation.
