The Boats of Bille Part 2 Project 2016 Hugh Haran Liverpool John Moores University Liverpool | UK Inspired by a short film, ‘Herr Schultz Sets Sail’, a boat building facility is proposed in industrial East Hamburg. As part of an arts and crafts inspired master plan, the scheme facilitates the making of timber vessels for use on the waterways of Northern Germany.
