Loose City is a proposal for a mixed city quarter in Fish Island, Tower Hamlets in which industry and housing sit closely together to form a vibrant neighbourhood. The buildings are not precious; they incorporate standardised and affordable construction components. The richness of the scheme is felt in its style, overall layering and variety.
