F.LUX intervenes through a distributed framework of collective making and ecological authorship. Integrating independent publishing as a form of socio-political participation and papermaking as a regenerative, site-responsive practice, the project enables women to reclaim voice and agency through material engagement. F.LUX comprises five interrelated zones: a semi-open Storytelling Atrium for oral transmission; Writing and Publishing Studios for narrative construction; Papermaking Grounds for the cultivation and transformation of plant matter into paper; a Repository Garden blending soft landscapes with structural hardscapes; and a Bird-Living Façade, where printed narratives circulate as ecological nourishment. Each spatial element supports cyclical use and relational occupation, rooted in women’s embodied knowledge and practices of care. Constructed from light, flexible materials such as timber, glass, and paper composites, F.LUX’s structure remains responsive - expanding, contracting, and adjusting to seasonal and climatic shifts. As a living system, it resists permanence and embraces transformation, offering an inclusive spatial model grounded in feminist ecology and collective resilience.
